And predictability that creates trust.
These are my personal “cornerstones” for corporate transformations and restructurings – and my success in many different reorganization and turnaround projects in various industries over many years shows that this approach is the right one.
I am a “team player”, I like to work “hands-on” and in a practical way. And I am good at motivating people, forming teams, focusing on a common goal and bringing a strategic plan to operational implementation.
